With over 40 years of deep connection to the Pacific Island community, we honor and respect cultural traditions while offering comprehensive funeral services in Sydney. We assist families with burial, home vigils, services over multiple days, and repatriation to the Pacific. Our support extends to members of the Tongan, Samoan, Fijian, Cook Island, and Māori communities.
Pacific Island funerals are significant cultural events that emphasize respect, love, and community in honoring the deceased. These gatherings allow family and friends to come together in communal grieving, celebrating the life of the departed while upholding Tongan cultural traditions and other cultural practices. The services we provide for your funeral preparations cater to either daytime or nighttime vigils.
We also believe in giving back to the community. Pittwater Funerals proudly supports various Pacific Island community initiatives, including Sione's Foundation (www.sionesfoundation.com.au), which was established to assist Tongan and Pacific Communities, focusing on disadvantaged, marginalized, or isolated children.
